Aluminium Plain Sheet - Alloy 6082 T651

Image
High Strength Aluminium Alloy Aluminium alloy 6082 is a medium strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys. Alloy 6082 is known as a structural alloy. In plate form, 6082 is the alloy most commonly used for machining. As a relatively new alloy, the higher strength of 6082 has seen it replace AA6061 in many applications. The addition of a large amount of manganese controls the grain structure which in turn results in a stronger alloy. Applications of Aluminium Alloy 6082 Due to its strength and corrosion resistance, Alumiunium Sheets of alloy 6082 are typically used in construction of Trusses, bridges, cranes and in other transport applications. Aluminium Plain Sheet - Alloy 5083 H111 & H116

Image
AA 5083 a high magnesium alloy with traces of manganese and chromium is known for exceptional performance in extreme environments. AA 5083 is highly resistant to attack by both seawater and Industrial chemical environments. AA 5083 also retains exceptional strength after welding. It has the highest strength of the non heat treatable alloys but is not recommended for use in temperature in the excess of 65° Celsius. Applications of Aluminium Alloy 5083 Because of its strength and corrosion resistant properties AA 5083 is widely used in the Ship Building industry. It is also ideally used in the following industries as well : Marine applications, Pressure vessels, Drilling Rigs, Transportation equipments, TV/Communication Towers to name a few. Anodized Quality Aluminium Sheet - Alloy 5005 H14

Image
Aluminium Alloy 5005 is a medium strength, Aluminium magnesium, wrought alloy with good resistance to atmospheric corrosion. It can attain moderate to high strength by cold working and has relatively high welded strength compared to other Aluminium Alloys. Applications of Aluminium Alloy 5005 Aluminium alloy is widely used for Anodized parts, manufacture of appliances, small boats, signage, road signs and name plates, Food and chemical equipments, Packaging, Architectural components and facades, Furniture components and Mashrabiya / Screens. Anodized aluminium sheets offer a superior surface finish which is more durable and longer lasting in comparision to other methods such as painting or powder coating. Importance of Anodized Quality Anodized Quality Aluminium Alloy sheets in 5005 is a natural choice where the material will be anodized and used in Architectural applications, flashings, curtain walls etc. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal su...

Aluminium Plain Sheet - Alloy 1100 H14
